Rosedale Arch

Built in 1924 and dedicated to the Rosedale Veterans who gave their lives in service to our country.

Rosedale Arch can be seen as one exits Interstate 70 and continues South on Seventh Street.
Beyond the intersection of Southwest Blvd, Kansas City, Kansas, and to the Southwest
up on a hill is the Rosedale district.  The Rosedale Arch can actually be seen at night time
when it is illuminated from all sides.

Both memorial plaques list the names of those Rosedale citizens' that served in World War I,
World War II, The Korean Conflict and the Vietnam War.

Located a short distance to the West of KU Medical Center, a distant view of Kansas City,
Missouri can be seen from the Arch.
